2012: Bethany became a certified Doula
2013: Daniel graduated with an M.Div from Covenant Theological Seminary
2013-2018: Daniel served as an Associate Pastor at a PCA church in Bellingham, WA while Bethany began homeschooling the children.
2018: The family moved to Scotland where Daniel worked on his PhD in New Testament & Systematic Theology at the University of Aberdeen. Bethany also completed her BA in Psychology and has been working as a facilitator for The Allender Center (based in Seattle).
2021 - Current: The family has been living and serving in Nkhoma, Malawi.
In 2005, on a short-term mission trip, Daniel & Bethany visited Malawi to learn about theological education in Malawi. That trip planted the seed that took root and is now a full-grown longing for and commitment to the African Church.
Ever since that first trip, we have felt called to invest in the African Church through theological education and training leaders to embrace ministry to the fatherless, sojourner, and widow.
